The Vision

Built on the principles of movement and nutrition, HGP is committed to equipping you with the tools necessary to achieve your personal fitness aspirations, producing a body that remains resilient throughout the demands of everyday life, on and off the course. Our training philosophy carefully selects and integrates specific elements that elicit desired results and adaptations that seamlessly translate to improving the golf swing. Although this is designed for golfers, you will come to realize that this has to do with so much more than just golf itself.

Meet the Founder

Justin Moffatt, Golf Fitness Instructor

Meet Justin Moffatt, a 26-year-old with a deep curiosity for how movement and nutrition can be an avenue to enhance the golfer’s experience in the game of golf and in the game of life.

Despite his early love for golf, Moffatt chose to pursue football competitively, starting at the age of four and continuing until his senior year of college. While many may consider his decorated football career to be his greatest accomplishment, he considers his biggest feat to be missing only one game due to injury throughout his 19-year football career. Though he recognized his good health was all according to a bigger plan, he became deeply interested in learning about how the human body supports an athlete through years of intense lifting, long practices, and collisions sustained during game days.

Moffatt began to study the anatomy and physiology of the human body, connecting species-specific movements to sport-specific movements. Transitioning from football to golf opened up a new world of possibilities for him. He became fixated on golf-specific biomechanics and creative ways to prepare the body to take on all that the golf swing demands from a player. Moffatt’s journey is a testament to his commitment to continuous learning and his mission to positively impact all walks of life, ages, and skill levels.
