MEET THE FOUNDER

“After my playing days were over, all the years of training and competing were catching up to me. Feeling how quickly my body began to ‘slip’ really opened up my eyes. I noticed I was more inclined to feel stiff on the course with lots of discomfort throughout my entire body. I was neglecting warm-ups, stretching, and I knew it was negatively impacting my game. This pushed me out of my comfort zone to pursue a journey that led to a smarter, stronger, more flexible, and overall healthier version of myself that I knew existed. Since becoming a true student of golf and human physiology, I’ve been able to achieve more inspiring golf rounds while uncovering some of the beauty hidden within the game and the body. I hope to do the same for you. I’ve also had the privilege of crossing paths with so many amazing golfers whose longevity and life stories have inspired me to pursue this career. Most notably, I had the pleasure of playing hundreds of rounds with my now good friend Mike “Mac” McDonnell during my two years stationed in Alaska. Mac, age 65, walks about 27 holes a day and possesses such a special feel for the game. Most importantly, he has one of the most positive outlooks on life and his aura is truly contagious to be around. People like Mac made me quickly come to learn that this has to do with a lot more than golf itself. If I get the opportunity to work with you, my goal is to plant a training routine that is specifically designed for your needs, allowing you to reap a harvest of better golf in the future.”
